9 Month Stats

Lucie weighed in at 21 pounds even and 28.5 inches long...hanging strong in the 90th percentile in both height and weight.  At least she is well proportioned! 

Lucie is very busy these days making all kinds of new sounds, pointing, waving, eating blueberries (her new favorite), and taking lots of steps.  Six steps in a row is her maximum without holding onto something so far.  She usually gets really excited and out of control by the third or fourth step...very entertaining!  

Here are a few pictures we had taken today at BRU.  We were selected for a "free" photo session since they were practicing a new line of photos they are marketing called "faces."  Ben wants to know why they "cut off her head" in every picture.  

Lots of Firsts This February

Lucie and Wes hit it off as usual when we visited the Merrills this weekend.  The moms and dads had lots of fun too...

Meeting Maggie

We were lucky enough to get to meet Maggie Tilden on Friday night. What a little cutie she is!

Lucie and Richard kept busy playing with the "beer box" while the rest of us admired sweet little Maggie!

Crawling is BOR-ING!

Lucie is still doing the "army crawl" but it looks like she wants to move on to bigger and better things!

Happy New Year 2009!

Lucie welcomed in the new year with Grandma KuKu and Medzbaba in Cambridge while mom and dad had their first overnight trip for Kirby's wedding! Lucie also pulled herself up for the very first time on New Year's Eve!
