Happy Half Birthday To Me!

We celebrated Lucie's 6 month birthday with half a carrot cake (Daddy's favorite) and lots of giggles (thanks to Aunt Marta)!

Lucie is keeping very busy these days blowing bubbles and chatting it up. She is still growing like a weed although maybe starting to slow down a bit. She weighed in at 18 lbs, 5 ounces and 27 inches long - the 90th percentile for both height and weight.

Her main mode of transportation is rolling...














Ben thinks she is going to crawl any day now, but Sona thinks she is waiting for her first Thanksgiving in DeRuyter and all that brain stimulation...

Bananas!

Today we started Lucie on solid foods. We're not quite sure how she feels about bananas. You be the judge...

Play Date Weekends

Lucie got to hang out with June (our downstairs neighbor) the other day. They were so cute together. They just sat there looking at each other and smiling for a good 15 minutes! We also got to have a play date with Wes and Colton last weekend and got to see Richie and meet Vanessa Blanco this weekend. Too bad mom keeps forgetting to take pictures!

Lucie loves her new big girl chair! No food to go with it yet, but she is ready!

Our Little Pumpkin

Lucie is 5 months old today and to celebrate we took our first trip to the pumpkin patch at Russell Orchards. Mom, Zido, and Grandma KuKu loved the cider donuts, but Lucie took a special liking to this little pumpkin.
